Optional Coverages

Guest Passenger Liability

On some policy forms, injury to a passenger riding on the motorcycle is not covered under the bodily injury and property damage liability coverage. In those cases, the carrier may offer as a separate coverage, Guest Passenger Liability which would cover injury to a passenger in an accident which was the fault of the operator of the motor cycle the passenger was riding.

Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist
